국내 최고의 권위와 역사를 자랑하는 ‘동강사진상’의 올해 주인공은 황규태 작가다. 황규태 작가는 70년대부터 ‘멀티 프린팅’, ‘필름 태우기’, ‘콜라주’, ‘몽타주’ 등 다양한 시도를 이어온, 한국의 대표적인 포스트모더니즘 작가로 손꼽힌다.

Exhibition Overview.
The winner of the prestigious “DongGang Photography Award” for this year is Gyu-Tae Hwang. He is the prominent figure of the postmodernist movement in Korean photography and has been active since the 1970s. Hwang is widely known for his various experimental attempts such as multi-printing, the burning of the film, and his collages and montage techniques.
