영월군에 거주하는 사진가들이 내 고장을 기록한 작업으로, 그 작품들은 영월의 문화와 삶, 그 자체를 상징한다. <북면이야기> 이라는 이야기 주제로 지금, 영월에 함께하는 영월의 자연과 환경, 주민들의 삶과 문화를 보여준다.
