강원특별자치도와 영월에 거주하는 청소년과 사진애호가들이면 누구나 참여할 수 있는 포토저널리즘 워크숍으로, 저명한 전•현직 포토저널리스트들과 함께 매스미디어 현장의 실무를 직접 체험해볼 수 있는 현장 중심의 교육 프로그램이다. 사진 촬영 기초부터 편집, 인터뷰, 기사 작성에 이르기까지 언론 보도의 전 과정을 실습을 통해 배워볼 수 있으며, 보도사진의 사회적 역할과 윤리에 대한 이해를 넓히고 스스도의 시선으로 세상을 바라보는 법을 익히게 된다. 이번 워크숍은 지역 청소년들이 언론과 사진을 통해 자신만의 목소리를 사회에 내보이는 뜻깊은 계기가 될 것이다.

This photojournalism workshop is open to all youth residing in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province and Yeongwol, offering a hands-on educational program that allows participants to experience real-world practices in the field of mass media alongside renowned current and former photojournalists.

Participants will gain practical skills across the full process of news reporting—from the basics of photography to editing, interviewing, and article writing—while deepening their understanding of the social role and ethical responsibilities of photojournalism, and learning how to view the world through their own lens.

This workshop will serve as a meaningful opportunity for local youth to raise their voices and share their perspectives with society through the power of media and photography.​
